Bob is a NJ and PA licensed real
estate broker and owner. Since relocating to the shore in Ocean
City, NJ, he has become a specialist in vacation sales and rentals
on the South Jersey Coast.
He is the one you need to contact as he
is highly trained and experienced in all aspects of helping you
rent, buy and sell residential and/or investment properties.
Bob has been in the business for
over 50 years and is very dedicated to personal service. A graduate
of St. Joseph's University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
business, he is more than qualified to assist you.
He also continues to take real estate courses in
PA to satisfy his broker requirements. His real estate knowledge and
expertise would be hard to surpass by most real estate agents in the

About Barb
Barb, as she is known to her friends, has been in the real estate
business for many, many years and brings a lot of experience,
enthusiasm and "know how" with her. After graduating from Rosemont
College, she taught school in the Upper Darby School District in PA.
She then married Bob and they raised 7 wonderful children and are
now proud grandparents of 11 beautiful and delightful grandchildren.
During this time she also became a licensed real estate broker in PA
and in NJ.
In
her spare time, Barb likes to tole paint. In fact, she is Past
President of her local chapter, The Shore Pine Chapter of
Decorative Artists, here in Ocean City. She is involved in
numerous charitable works associated with this chapter. They
recently painted murals at the new wing of the Shore Memorial
Hospital in Somers Point and painted two more seascape murals at
the Senior Center in Ocean City. She also paints murals privately
in people's homes - mostly ocean scenes.
Besides painting, Barb
loves to swim and read. She also is proud to say that she is a
"red hatter" and loving every minute of this fun organization. I think, however, her favorite pastime is
the computer. She took the required course to become an
e-PRO
(internet professional) Realtor through the NAR so that she could
better serve you. Barbara is never too busy to help you, so give
